Hula lessons are available to just about anyone. If you are currently learning hula from someone else, please get your teacher's permission to learn from me prior to arranging Skype hula lessons with me as a courtesy to your teacher. The following lessons are available (if you do not see something listed, please email me to discuss):
- Beginner lessons
- Intermediate and Advanced lessons
- Auana
- Kahiko
- Private lessons (for recreational use, for teachers to teach their own students, for brides or bridesmaids to learn for a wedding)
- Small group lessons (good for a teacher and their alakai)
- Oli/Chanting with my hula brother, Kahikino Noa Dettweiler
THINGS YOU SHOULD HAVE TO LEARN HULA VIA SKYPE:
- High speed internet.
- Best choice for a webcam is one of the Logitech HD webcams or something similar. If you have a newer computer (less than 2 years old), your built in camera may work also.
- Enough space to dance and for me to see your feet and the tips of your fingers while you are reaching your hands up to the ceiling.
- Standalone CD player or Ipod with speaker.
- Comfortable clothing.
- For better Skype results, your computer should have at least 128MB of RAM, a fast enough processor, speakers, sound card, and microphone.

FORMAT:
- Will depend on how long the lesson/session is, what kind of song we are working on, etc.
- Your first 30-minute dance session is free!
FORMAT:
- Minimum 1 hour lesson
- We discuss your needs, fees and a schedule that makes sense for both of us.
- We decide how long your sessions will be how many sessions you may need (PayPal payment accepted, deposit required to book a lesson).
- We schedule sessions.
- We meet via Skype and hula!
